  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams Woolworths pork mince
  • 35grams Woolworths taco seasoning
  • 8 Mission original tortillas
  • 8 slices Mission tasty cheese, cut in half
  • 150grams Mission mild salsa
  • 1 large avocado, sliced

Description

Savour the flavours of Mexico in a single bite with this easy-to-make burrito filled with juicy pork mince, tangy salsa, tasty cheese and creamy avocado.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat 1 tbs oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add seasoning and cook, stirring, for a further 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm. Wipe pan clean.

Step 2 of 3

Heat remaining oil in same pan over medium-high heat. Cook tortillas, in batches, for 30 seconds each side or until golden brown.

Step 3 of 3

Top tortillas with cheese, half of the salsa, avocado and pork mixture. Serve topped with remaining salsa and freshly cracked black pepper.
