  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 20grams MasterFoods Korean BBQ spice blend
  • 750grams frozen McCain pub-style extra crispy chips
  • 400grams Woolworths Korean-style salad kit
  • 1/4teaspoons Woolworths sesame seeds

Description

Winner winner chicken dinner! Experience an explosion of Korean flavours with every bite with this delectable chicken wing and chip combo. This satisfying meal won't break the bank either.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place a large baking tray in the oven to preheat for chips. Place chicken on a separate large baking tray. Drizzle chicken with oil. Reserve ½ tsp spice blend. Sprinkle chicken with remaining spice blend. Toss to coat. Cook in oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, place chips on preheated tray and cook following packet instructions.

Prepare salad following packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Divide chicken, chips and salad among serving plates. Sprinkle chicken and chips with remaining spice blend. Sprinkle sesame seeds over chicken and salad. Serve.
