- 500grams chicken thigh fillets
- 2tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3/4 cup Jalna Pot Set Greek Natural Yoghurt
- 5mL extra virgin olive oil
- 2 limes
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Description
With just seven ingredients, this delicious charcoal-friendly chicken is ready in under 30 minutes – so you can focus on family and friends.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place chicken in a large bowl. Add seasoning and 2 tbs yoghurt. Mix well. Place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil.
Step 2 of 3
Preheat a large chargrill over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked through and browned. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Zest and juice 1 lime. Cut remaining lime into wedges. Process 1/4 bunch coriander, garlic, zest, juice and 1/2 cup yoghurt until combined. Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 cup coriander. Serve chicken with lime yoghurt and lime.
