- 1 1/2tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2tablespoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
- 120grams baby spinach leaves
- 4 4 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, cut into thin rounds
- 1 cup chilli bacon chips (see recipe)
- 188 Woolworths smooth ricotta
- 1/2 cup Woolworths walnuts, toasted, chopped
Description
Sweet apples and crispy bacon come together in a moreish salad with a hint of heat that will leave you craving more.
Instruction tip
Swap tip:No apples? Use 2 sliced pears or 3 sliced celery sticks for extra crunch.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Whisk mustard, vinegar and oil in a jug.
Step 2 of 3
Arrange spinach, apple, onion and bacon on a large platter. Drizzle with dressing.
Step 3 of 3
Dollop ricotta over salad. Serve sprinkled with walnuts.
