Method

Step 1 of 3

Arrange spinach, radish, cucumber, parsley, hazelnuts and half of the blueberries in a large serving bowl. Season with pepper.

Step 2 of 3

Combine oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Add to salad. Toss to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Crumble feta over salad. Sprinkle with olives and remaining blueberries. Serve.
