Instruction tip
Prep tip:

You can cook the potatoes, eggs and beans up to 1 day ahead. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add potatoes and cook for 8 minutes. Carefully add eggs and beans. Cook for 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer eggs and beans to a bowl of iced water. Drain potatoes. Set aside to cool.

Step 2 of 4

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Season beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Set aside for 4 minutes to rest. Thickly slice.

Step 3 of 4

Cut potatoes into halves or quarters. Peel eggs, then cut in half.

Step 4 of 4

Arrange potato, eggs, beans, beef, cabbage, cucumber and radish on a serving platter. Serve with dressing.
