- 1 long green chilli, sliced
- 1 lemon zested, cut into cheeks

Description
Drizzled with lemon and topped with olives, parsley, feta and chilli, these charred Greek-style asparagus spears make the ultimate side dish for any spring spread.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Drain olives, reserving oil. Coarsely chop olives.
Step 2 of 3
Heat reserved oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook asparagus, in batches, turning, for 3-4 minutes or until tender. (Add oil to pan between batches.) Transfer asparagus to a plate. Reserve oil in pan.
Step 3 of 3
Top asparagus with olives, parsley, feta and chilli. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. Sprinkle with lemon. Drizzle with oil from pan. Serve with lemon.
