- 2tablespoons Woolworths smoked paprika
- 350grams Woolworths market value meatballs
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 plain pita bread pockets, toasted, cut in half
- 200grams beetroot hummus
- 1/3 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Woolworths natural almonds, toasted, chopped
- 1 lemon cheeks
Description

Swap tip:No pita pockets? You can use any bread of your choice or even omit the bread and serve as a salad.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place paprika on a large plate. Add meatballs and turn to coat. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 5-8 minutes or until cooked and browned. Cut in half.
Step 2 of 2
Spread pita with hummus. Fill with meatballs, parsley, cucumber and almonds. Serve with lemon.
