  • 350grams Woolworths market value meatballs
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 plain pita bread pockets, toasted, cut in half
  • 200grams beetroot hummus
  • 1/3 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths natural almonds, toasted, chopped
  • 1 lemon cheeks

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place paprika on a large plate. Add meatballs and turn to coat. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 5-8 minutes or until cooked and browned. Cut in half.

Step 2 of 2

Spread pita with hummus. Fill with meatballs, parsley, cucumber and almonds. Serve with lemon.
