  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 500grams Macro grass-fed beef burgers
  • 350grams Woolworths kaleslaw kit
  • 4 Woolworths multigrain bread rolls, split, toasted
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced

Description

Get dinner on the table in a flash without sacrificing flavour with this mouthwatering combination of juicy beef patties and crunchy kaleslaw, served on multigrain buns.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or just until tender. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2 of 4

Heat remaining oil in the pan over medium heat. Add burgers and cook following packet instructions.

Step 3 of 4

Place slaw mix in a bowl with half of the dressing. Reserve seed mix. Season and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide half of the slaw among roll bases. Top with cucumber, burgers and onion. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with lids. Add seed mix to remaining slaw. Toss to combine. Serve burgers with remaining slaw on the side.
