  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths pure honey
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 500grams Woolworths classic Cumberland pork sausages
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 450grams Woolworths American-style slaw kit
  • 1/4 bunch bunch coriander, coarsely chopped
  • 6 soft hot dog rolls, split

Description

Tuck into these scrumptious hoisin sausage rolls with crunchy slaw. They’re quick to make and the tasty combination of Asian flavours and crispy vegetables make them easy to eat.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey and 1 tbs water in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook sausages, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Place sausages on one side of pan. Add onion to other side of pan. Cook, turning sausages and onion occasionally, for a further 4 minutes or until onion is soft and sausages are cooked through. Add sauce mixture. Cook for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.

Step 4 of 4

Place slaw, dressing and coriander in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Divide half of the slaw among rolls. Add sausages, onion and sauce. Serve with remaining slaw on the side.
