- 1kilograms Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken wing nibbles
- 1 1/2tablespoons Frank's redhot buffalo wings hot sauce
- 900grams Woolworths steakhouse chips
- 1/3 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 75grams Thomas Dux creamy blue cheese, coarsely crumbed
- 300grams Woolworths iceberg lettuce mix
Description
Savour mouth-watering buffalo wings with creamy blue cheese dip and crunchy chips in this budget-friendly feast that will leave your tastebuds dancing.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan-forced. Place a large baking tray in oven to preheat. Place chicken in a 20x25cm baking dish. Drizzle with sauce and season. Toss to coat. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Spread chips evenly over preheated tray. Bake with chicken, turning chips halfway through, for 20 minutes or until chips and chicken are light golden.
Step 2 of 4
Place yoghurt and half of the cheese in a small serving bowl. Using the back of a fork, mash cheese. Stir to combine well with yoghurt. Stir in 2 tsp water until well combined. Season.
Step 3 of 4
Transfer 1 tablespoonful of the yoghurt mixture to a separate small bowl. Stir in 1 tsp water to make a dressing. Place lettuce mix and remaining cheese in a bowl. Season. Toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing.
Step 4 of 4
Toss chicken in the pan juices and sauce to coat. Serve chicken and chips with blue cheese dip and salad.
