- 1kilograms RSPCA Approved honey soy chicken wings
- 450grams Woolworths microwave brown rice
- 2 eggs
- 3teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Woolworths frozen carrots, peas & corn
- 2tablespoons Woolworths sweet chilli sauce
Description
Satisfy your tastebuds with crispy honey soy wings and fluffy fried rice. This comforting meal is easy on the wallet and big on flavour.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place chicken on tray in a single layer. Cook in oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat rice following packet instructions.

Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Heat 2 tsp oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add egg. Swirl to coat the base. Cook for 2 minutes or just until set. Transfer to a chopping board. Roll up.
Step 4 of 5
Heat remaining oil in the pan. Add the white part of sliced onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add vegetables and ¼ cup water. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until tender. Add rice and toss until well combined.
Step 5 of 5
Thinly slice egg. Divide rice among serving bowls. Drizzle with sauce. Top with egg and half of the remaining onion. Sprinkle chicken with remaining onion. Serve.
