- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 450grams frozen garlic bread
- 4 slice tasty cheese, quartered
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2teaspoons dried mixed herbs
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 500grams lean beef mince

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook garlic bread according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 3
Combine mince, herbs, garlic and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Season generously. Shape into eight patties. Cook patties in a non-stick frying pan until brown on each side and cooked through. Remove pan from heat and top each patty with a cheese slice (slice can be halved if needed). Cover pan with lid to allow cheese to melt.
Step 3 of 3
To assemble the sliders, divide each garlic bread loaf into four portions. Split each portion and top bottom half with a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce, some spinach leaves, the patty and a teaspoon of tomato sauce. Top with remaining half and serve.
