  • 2teaspoons wasabi paste
  • butter lettuce (sliced tomato, to serve)
  • 1 small red onion, grated
  • 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
  • 4 slice tasty cheese
  • 2tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Simply Stir-fry Bulgogi Beef
  • 500grams Aussie beef mince
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 hamburger rolls, split

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place mince, breadcrumbs, miso, onion and egg yolk together in a bowl. Using clean hands, mix together well. Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties. Coat with sesame seeds.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spray the pan with oil. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until well browned and cooked through. Place a cheese slice onto each, cover pan and remove from heat.

Step 3 of 3

Mix mayonnaise with wasabi in a small bowl. Grill rolls if desired. Top bases with lettuce, tomato, burger patty and wasabi mayonnaise. Top with roll top.
