- 4 rasher bacon
- 4 slice swiss cheese
- 60grams rocket leaves
- 80milliliter whole egg mayonnaise caramelised onion
- 1packets coleslaw mix
- 800grams beef mince
- 4 burger buns
- 80milliliter coleslaw dressing

Method
Step 1 of 4
Knead the mince in a bowl and season.
Step 2 of 4
Divide mince equally into 4. Wet hands and roll each portion into balls then atten into patties.
Step 3 of 4
Heat BBQ grill or cooking pan to high and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove patties and top with swiss cheese. Grill bacon rashers and toast buns.
Step 4 of 4
Top each bun base with rocket leaves, cheese topped beef pattie, bacon rasher and a good squeeze of caramelised onion mayonaise. Serve with a side of slaw made with coleslaw dressing.
