- 2tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2tablespoons lime juice
- 1tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine sauces together. Add garlic and lime juice and whisk well. Pour into a shallow bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Cut 2 slashes into each chicken thigh. Add to marinade and turn to coat chicken well in mixture. Marinate for 2 hours, or overnight if time permits.
Step 3 of 3
Heat a barbecue or chargrill over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and wipe off excess. Place chicken, skin-side down, on barbecue and turn off burner directly below it. Cover with lid or roasting pan and cook for 5 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat process once more, cooking chicken for a further 10 minutes. Turn more regularly if chicken is starting to burn.
