Method

Step 1 of 3

Place tray of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower into a microwave. Microwave on high for 21/2 minutes, then remove and shake to coat vegetables in herb butter.

Prepare garlic mash as per packet instructions. Mix and let stand for 1 minute before serving.

Step 3 of 3

Meanwhile, heat gravy as per packet instructions. Remove roast beef from packaging and slice thinly. Serve immediately with vegetables, mash and gravy.
