- 400grams pork sizzle steak
- 500grams Polish sauerkraut, drained
- 1/3 cup apple sauce (to serve)
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat mash according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbs extra virgin oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork, in 2 batches, for 1 minute on each side or until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Step 3 of 4
Reduce heat to medium. Add sauerkraut and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until heated through.
Step 4 of 4
Divide mash among plates. Top with sauerkraut and pork. Season and serve with apple sauce.
