Description

Have a crispy, classic schnitzel on the table in less than 30 minutes, complete with a tasty potato caesar salad.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Carefully add eggs and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove eggs and place in cold water. Peel eggs under running water and set aside.

Step 2 of 4

Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then pork steaks and cook on one side for 3 minutes or until golden. Turn pork steaks and cook for a further 2 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare potatoes according to packet directions. Let stand for 2 minutes, then slice in half.

Step 4 of 4

In a large bowl, prepare Caesar salad according to packet directions. Place pork steaks, potatoes and salad on serving plates. Top salad with halved soft-boiled eggs and serve immediately.
