- 180grams baby leaves & beetroot

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
Step 2 of 4
Place pickles on a board and thickly slice.
Step 3 of 4
Place salad kit in a bowl, then add pickles and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Cut each burger into quarters. Drizzle sauce over salad, tossing to combine. Top with burger pieces, season and serve.
