Description
Using an Asian-style salad kit and honey soy kebabs this recipe only takes 20 minutes to whip up. Serve as a colourful rice bowl with cashews.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook kebabs, turning, for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, place a frying pan over medium heat. Add cashews and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until light golden. Remove from heat. Season with salt.

Place salad kit with dressing and noodles in a bowl. Add cashews and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Heat rice according to packet instructions. Divide rice, salad and kebabs among plates, then serve.
