  • 1/4 cup korma paste
  • 500grams chicken tenderloins
  • 2tablespoons coriander (to serve)
  • cucumber, sliced (to serve)
  • onion, sliced (to serve)
  • 1/4 cup Greek-style yoghurt (plus extra to serve)
  • 8 chapattis, warmed
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine korma paste, yoghurt and oil in a medium bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Marinate in fridge for 20 minutes or longer, if time allows.

Step 2 of 2

Preheat a barbecue or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes either side or until charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and loosely cover with foil. To serve, spread bread with extra yoghurt, top with chicken, cucumber, onion, coriander and a dollop of spiced nectarine chutney. View nectarine chutney recipe.
