  • 300grams fine cut coleslaw
  • 1tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 650grams pork schnitzel steaks
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 2/3 cup tasty cheese
  • 1/4 cup chipotle-flavoured mayonnaise

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 steaks and cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a tray. Repeat with remaining steaks.

Step 2 of 3

Preheat grill on high. Spread each steak with mustard and top with cheese. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.

Step 3 of 3

Combine coleslaw, noodles and mayonnaise in a bowl. Serve schnitzels with coleslaw and lemon wedges.
