  • 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 lime, wedges (to serve)
  • 1teaspoons garlic granules
  • 1/3 cup rice flour
  • 8 chicken wings
  • 2tablespoons thyme leaves
  • 4 cups salad leaf mix (to serve)
  • 24grams vine-ripened tomato soup

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine soup powder with rice flour, thyme leaves, garlic granules and salt in a bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Spray chicken wings with oil. Coat half of them with the tomato mixture and place onto tray. Repeat with remaining chicken. Spray chicken again with oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Serve with salad leaves and lime wedges.
