Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium heat. Cook kebabs, for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat mash according to packet instructions.

Divide mash and kebabs among plates.

Scatter over parsley and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Season with pepper, then serve with lemon wedges.
