  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 100grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large prepared pizza base
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 10 black olives, pitted
  • 60grams semi dried tomatoes, drained
  • 100grams salami, sliced
  • 1 cup cheese, grated

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 250°C.

Step 2 of 4

Place pizza base onto a large baking tray. Spread with tomato paste and scatter half of the cheese over. Top with salami, onion, mushrooms, semi-dried tomatoes and olives. Finish with remaining cheese.

Step 3 of 4

Reduce oven temperature to 220°C.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve with a salad.
