  • 2 red capsicums, deseeded and cut into 2cm squares
  • 2 green capsicums, deseeded and cut into 2cm squares
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 300grams chorizo, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 2tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the capsicums, and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, chorizo, and sherry, and cook for 5 minutes more.
