- 2 red capsicums, deseeded and cut into 2cm squares
- 2 green capsicums, deseeded and cut into 2cm squares
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 300grams chorizo, cut into 2cm cubes
- 2tablespoons dry sherry
- 1teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the capsicums, and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, chorizo, and sherry, and cook for 5 minutes more.
