Turkish Pizza with Avocado Tzatziki

- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2tablespoons moroccan spice mix
- 200grams tzatziki dip
- 50grams baby spinach leaves
- 1 long Turkish pide
- 1 cup pizza cheese, coarsley grated
- 500grams lean beef mince
- 1teaspoons olive oil
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add the beef mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps for 5 minutes or until mince changes colour.

Add the Moroccan spice mix, spinach leaves and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until spinach wilts.

Remove from heat. Place the pide on a large oven tray. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese and spoon the beef mixture over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.

Meanwhile, combine the avocado and tzatziki in a medium bowl.

Place the pide on a large serving platter. Top with avocado tzatziki and serve immediately.
