  • 5 medium mushrooms, halved
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
  • 2 small zucchinis
  • 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
  • 10 bamboo skewers, pre-soaked
  • 400grams mini meatballs

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Thread a bamboo skewer with a tomato, meatball, mushroom half, another meatball and finish with zucchini. Repeat with remaining meatballs and vegetables. Arrange on tray.

Step 3 of 3

Spray well with oil. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until meatballs are cooked through. Serve.
