Method
Step 1 of 3
Wash apples in hot water to remove wax. Dry thoroughly. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Insert sticks through stem end of apples and stand on tray. Chill for 15 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, place caramel lollies, butterscotch and ¼ cup water into a small saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat until smooth. Tilt pan and dip 1 apple into caramel sauce to coat. Allow excess to drip off. Return to tray. Repeat with a further 3 apples.
Step 3 of 3
Place chocolate crispies in a bowl. Dip each caramel apple into crispies to coat. Repeat in batches of 4 until all apples have been coated in caramel and crispies. Chill for 1 hour to set.
