  • 6 ripe fresh figs, thinly sliced, plus 2 extra, cut into wedges, to decorate
  • 1 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 4tablespoons clear honey
  • 2tablespoons pistachio nuts, chopped

Method

Step 1 of 2

Arrange the fig slices snugly in the bottom of 4 glasses or glass bowls. Spoon the yoghurt over the figs and chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over each dessert and sprinkle the pistachio nuts on top. Decorate with the wedges of fig, if liked, before serving.
