- mango chutney (to serve)
- 2tablespoons mint leaves (to serve)
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 420grams butter chicken simmer sauce
- 4 naan bread
- 3 cup natural yoghurt (to serve)
- 1tablespoons oil
- 500grams chicken thighs, sliced
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil a frypan over medium high heat, add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes each side till golden. Pour in Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes, over medium low heat till cooked through, and reduced slightly. Slice chicken.
Step 2 of 3
Preheat oven to 200c. Line two trays with baking paper. Place naan bread on prepared trays and cook for 5 minutes till crisp.
Step 3 of 3
Serve topped chicken, cherry tomatoes, yoghurt, mint leaves and Sharwood’s Mango Chutney.
