- 1 small green capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 2 cup pizza flour
- 1/3 cup passata sauce
- 100grams salami, sliced
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 1teaspoons sea salt flakes
- 1teaspoons caster sugar
- 1 1/4 cup mozzarella, grated

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 240°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Whisk water, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and 3/4 cup warm water together in a jug. Stand in a warm place for 10 minutes or until frothy.

Place flour into a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and stir until a soft dough forms. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Roll dough out on a floured surface, until 28cm round. Transfer to prepared tray. Spread with sauce. Top with salami, capsicum, cheese and olives. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp on the base and cheese is melted. Top with basil leaves and season with cracked pepper. Serve.
