  • 1 cup low-fat ricotta, crumbled
  • 2tablespoons garlic, onion & herbs tomato paste
  • 2tablespoons olive oil (to drizzle)
  • 4 small wholemeal traditional Lebanese pita breads
  • 4 slice prosciutto, torn

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 240°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 2

Place pita breads on trays and spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with ricotta and prosciutto. Bake for 5 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp. Top with rocket leaves and drizzle with oil to serve.
