  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/4teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 85grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 60grams passata
  • 40grams reduced fat mozzarella, drained
  • 1teaspoons olive oil

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C and lightly grease a 30cm pizza tray. Measure 1/3 cup just-warm water into a jug and add yeast and sugar. Set aside for 5 minutes or until starting to foam. Place flour into a medium bowl and make a well in the center.

Add yeast mixture and oil to flour and mix with a wooden spoon and then your hands until combined.

Step 3 of 4

Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 minutes until smooth and the dough is no longer sticky. Roll out to a round to fit pizza tray. Lift dough onto tray.

Step 4 of 4

Spread sauce onto pizza dough and scatter mushrooms and onion over. Bake for 10 minutes. Tear mozzarella into pieces and place onto pizza. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is golden and crisp. Sprinkle with basil leaves to serve.
