- 30grams sweet potato
- 1 pizza base
- 20grams parmesan, grated
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 bunch rosemary
- 70grams mozzarella
- 30grams tasty cheese, shredded
- 1/2 jar salt reduced vegemite

Method
Step 1 of 8
Place a pizza stone on a covered barbecue chargrill, close hood and preheat on high heat for 15 minutes.
Step 2 of 8
Very thinly slice sweet potato with skin on, brush with olive oil and set aside.
Step 3 of 8
Place pizza base on preheated stone and cook until it starts to colour, flip and repeat process.
Step 4 of 8
Spread vegemite over pizza base to completely cover.
Step 5 of 8
Sprinkle over half the mozzarella to cover pizza base. Repeat process with parmesan and tasty cheese.
Step 6 of 8
Place sweet potato slices and rosemary sprigs over pizza base and finish with remaining cheese.
Step 7 of 8
Cook for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Step 8 of 8
Transfer pizza to a cutting board and cut into slices to serve.
