- 1/2 cup tomato paste pizza sauce
- 1 bunch fresh oregano, chopped
- 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut each loaf half into four angled pieces.

Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each piece, sprinkle with mozzarella and oregano.

Place onto baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until bread is crunchy and cheese is golden. Serve.
