Ham & Cheese Roll Ups

- 1 puff pastry
- 1 free-range egg (beaten)
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup lite tasty cheese (grated)
- 6 D'orsogna Premium Ham Off The Bone
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan forced). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2 of 5
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread it with the tomato sauce. Add the ham slices on top and then sprinkle on the grated cheese.
Step 3 of 5
Roll the pastry back up as tightly as you can. Cut the roll into 8 slices, each approximately 2cm thick and lay each one on the baking tray.
Step 4 of 5
Brush the outside of the roll ups with the beaten egg. Bake for approximately 15 mins or until the pastry is golden brown.
Step 5 of 5
Serve immediately, or let cool, freeze and store for up to 1 month.
