For the Burgers
  • 5 bread rolls
  • 400grams Inghams Turkey Breast Mince
  • 900grams Birds Eye Golden Crunch Straight Cut Chips In Batter
  • 40grams breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 1/2teaspoons pepper
  • 1tablespoons oil (for pan)
  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings
  • 50grams butter
  • 2tablespoons bbq sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 5 slices cheese

Method

Step 1 of 18

Burger Recipe :Combine all in bowl, mix together

Prepare Patties to 1cm thickness, cook for approx. 8mins flipping once on medium heat.

Set patties aside and cook the onion in 10g of butter for approximately 5 minutes on high heat

Cut the rolls in half and toast roll using grill for 1 -2 minutes or until liking

Butter both sides of the roll

Step 6 of 18

Add tomato or bbq sauce to the bottom slice of the bread

Step 7 of 18

Add 1 burger patty, onion and slices of tomato

Step 8 of 18

Top with lettuce and add the top half of the roll

Repeat steps 4-8 to make remaining burgers

Chips Recipe:

Method 1 (Oven) : Preheat Oven (220°C Fan Forced, 230°C Conventional Oven)

Place frozen chips on an oven tray in a SINGLE LAYER. This will ensure the chips get maximum CRUNCH. So basically…DON’T STACK ‘EM!

Cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Serve immediately

Method 2 (Air Fry):

Set air fryer to 180°C (or choose the chip setting if your unit is pre-programmed).

Place half bag of frozen chips into the air fryer basket.

Step 15 of 18

Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy, SHAKE BASKET HALF WAY THROUGH COOKING.

Method 3 (Air Fry) :

Preheat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 180°C.

Deep fry frozen chips for 3½ - 4 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.

Drain hot oil before serving
