  • 2tablespoons butter
  • 100grams asian slaw
  • 1 small apple, de-cored and finely diced

Method

Step 1 of 7

Pre-heat a chargrill to a medium heat.

Step 2 of 7

In a bowl, combine all of your burger ingredients and ensure fully mixed together.

Step 3 of 7

Divide the mixture into 4 and shape into burger patties.

Step 4 of 7

Place the burgers on the chargrill and allow to cook for 15 minutes while turning halfway.

Step 5 of 7

While the burgers are cooking, toast the brioche buns for 3 minutes.

Step 6 of 7

Spread an equal amount of Asian slaw and diced apple onto the toasted buns.

Step 7 of 7

Remove the burgers from the chargrill and place in the filled brioche buns before serving.
