- 25grams breadcrumbs
- 1 large red onion, peeled, half diced, half finely sliced
- 250grams carrots, peeled and finely grated
- 100grams kale, destalked, shredded
- 1 large apple, cored and finely sliced
- 75grams Greek yoghurt
- 1tablespoons horseradish cream

Description
These quick and easy veal burgers are juicy, tender and perfect with healthy kale and apple slaw with a kick of horseradish.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Mix the breadcrumbs, veal mince, half of the grated carrot and the diced red onion in a bowl with your hands. Shape into 4 patties and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
Whisk the horseradish cream and yoghurt together, add the rest of carrots, sliced onions, kale and apple and mix well to coat.
Step 3 of 3
Heat the oil in a large, non-stick pan on medium high heat and cook the veal burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Serve on top of the slaw, or in a toasted bun if desired.
