- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 350grams avo ranch coleslaw kit

Dinner on the table in 15 minutes? Yes please. This quick Mexican-inspired chicken salad is ready in no time.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place chicken in a medium bowl with taco seasoning and toss to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Add chicken to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Step 3 of 4
Add the corn and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until corn is lightly charred and chicken is cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
In a bowl, toss the coleslaw together with the dressing from the kit, and divide among bowls. Top with chicken and corn, and sprinkle over the crumbled feta from the kit to serve.
