Short on time? This speedy dinner recipe is for you. These mexican-inspired wraps filled with haloumi, meatballs and corn, topped with creamy chipotle sauce are sure to satisfy.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over high heat. Cook tortillas for 30 seconds on each side or until they start to char. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 4

Cook kebabs on chargrill, turning, for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Remove corn from packet, reserving feta and sauce. Cook corn on chargrill, turning, for 5 minutes or until charred. Cut kernels from cobs. Place in a bowl

Step 4 of 4

Using a fork, remove meatballs and haloumi from skewers. Top tortillas with corn mixture, haloumi and meatballs. Drizzle with reserved sauce. Serve.
