Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or heat a pizza stone.
Step 2 of 2
Brush pizza base with oil and top with cheese and chicken. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until base is crisp. Remove from oven and top with avocado and coriander. Drizzle over sauce and serve immediately.
