Description

Loaded with barbecue sauce, red onion and cheese, these Southern-style crispy chicken pops are ideal for a cosy night in with family or friends.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cook chicken pops in oven according to packet instructions. Transfer to a baking paper-lined baking dish. Top with cheese and onion. Drizzle with sauce.

Step 2 of 2

Bake in a 220°C/200°C fan-forced oven for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Scatter with parsley and serve with Qukes baby cucumbers.
