- 2/3 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 bunch bok choy, trimmed, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, seeds removed
- 6 green shallots, finely sliced
- 8 chicken kebabs
- 2tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 170grams 2 minute noodles (2 packets)
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 1/2tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 5
Prepare noodles following packet directions. Flavour needs to be added to noodles. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 of 5
Combine flour, sesame seeds, milk and egg in a large bowl. Mix well. Add noodles and shallots and stir to combine.
Step 3 of 5
Heat a little oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of the noodle mixture to the pan and spread out to 14cm round. Cook 3 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate to keep warm. Repeat with remaining noodle mixture and oil.

Meanwhile, preheat greased BBQ plate on medium-high. BBQ chicken kebabs for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through.

Cut carrot and cucumber into thin sticks. Add bok choy and toss to combine. Place noodle pancakes onto plates. Top with kebabs and serve with salad.
