  • 1tablespoons grated ginger
  • 3tablespoons water

Method

Step 1 of 1

Marinate 200g beef fillet for a few hours in 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1/2 tsp honey. Mix 100g peanut butter, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp grated ginger,3 tbsp water, and 1 tbsp light soy sauce together. Sear the steak in a hot frying pan with a dash of oil for 2 minutes on each side (or until rare) and rest for 5 minutes. Cut the steak into 20 cubes. Place a cube of beef into each spoon, top with 1/2 tsp satay sauce and garnish with thin slices of red chilli and coriander.
