- 1/2teaspoons Chinese five spice seasoning
- 3/4 cup forzen peas
- 1 carrot, peeled, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 500grams pork fillet
- 2tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 cup medium grain white rice

Method
Step 1 of 6
Cook rice following packet instructions. Spread onto a large, shallow tray and place in the fridge overnight to chill.

Combine hoisin, soy sauce and five spice seasoning in a medium bowl. Add sliced pork and stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight to chill.
Step 3 of 6
Heat a wok over high heat. Add a little of the oil, and the eggs. Stir to scramble until set.
Step 4 of 6
Transfer to a bowl, add remaining oil to wok with onion, carrot, peas and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add rice and cook, tossing, for 8 minutes until rice is heated through and toasted. Stir through cooked egg and half of the spring onions. Keep warm.

Heat a separate pan on medium-high heat. Strain marinade from pork. Add oil and cook pork, in batches, until browned.
Step 6 of 6
Serve fried rice with pork and garnish with remaining spring onions.
