- 1/2teaspoons ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 baby bok choy, chopped
- 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
- 1/3 cup natural cashews
- 1tablespoons honey
- 250grams microwave brown rice
- 2tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1-2 pork fillet (190g - 590g)
- 1teaspoons garlic, crushed
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 5
Toss the pork in the honey, 1 tbs soy sauce and 1 tbs vegetable oil. Heat wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork until browned and mostly cooked, about 4 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2 of 5
Add the cashews and garlic and stir-fry until the cashews colour and the garlic is fragrant. Remove from the wok.
Step 3 of 5
Heat the remaining vegetable oil and add the frozen and fresh vegetables and remaining soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Add the brown rice straight from the packet and stir through, cooking for a further 2 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
Add the pork and cashews to the rice and vegetables and stir-fry for about 4 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked through. Test a piece to check as this can vary depending on thickness.
Step 5 of 5
Stir in the white pepper immediately before serving.
