Method
Step 1 of 3
Microwave rice as per packet instructions.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 tbs oil, then stir fry vegetables and pork and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Add cooked rice and stir to coat in remaining sesame oil. Add stir fry shot and toss to combine. Spoon into shallow bowls and serve.
